Ingredients:
Salad :
3 cups spring mix salad
1/2 cup orange bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
20 pieces turkey pepperoni
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp sliced black olives
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions:
  1. Layer salad ingredients on a large dinner plate.
  2. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add more water in 1 tsp increments if you prefer your dressing looser.
  3. Top salad ingredients with dressing and enjoy!
