1 head Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Oat flour [1]
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Buffalo sauce
1 tbs Honey
