1 medium red pepper chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup water or broth
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat add the olive oil. Cook the onion, celery, and garlic for about 5 minutes.
