Crack Chicken Tacos

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2" pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
2 Tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons lime juice

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. In a large Ziplock bag, combine the diced chicken and flour and shake until fully coated. Set aside.
  3. In one bowl, add panko bread crumbs, salt and pepper. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water.
