Baked Apple Cinnamon Donuts (Gluten-Free)


Ingredients:
Donuts :
1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour I like Pillsbury gluten-free
1/2 tsp of xanthan gum leave out if your flour already has it
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  2. Spray full sized donut pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl combine the sugar, eggs, applesauce, vegetable oil and pure vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
