Gluten-Free Cream Cheese Almond Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) salted butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese (or the lighter cream cheese: Neufch√Ętel)
2 cups white sugar
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. pure almond extract
6 large eggs
2 2/3 cups Gluten Free Mama's Almond Flour Blend
1/3 cup corn starch
1 tsp. xanthan gum

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a bundt pan or 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In the bowl of your electric mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light (medium speed -about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the vanilla and almond extracts and beat another 30 seconds to mix well.
