Gluten Free Hawaiian Rolls

Ingredients:
1/2-1 batch ultimate gluten free cinnamon roll dough
4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:
  1. Make dough according to recipe instructions and place in the refrigerator after first (bulk) proofing for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Remove dough from refrigerator and knead briefly just to create a cohesive, smooth ball. At this point, either divide the dough in half and wrap the other half in plastic wrap for another use, or use the entire batch of dough to make two pans of rolls.
  3. Divide dough into small portions (if you have a scale, each portion should weigh about 1.5 ounces each) and roll each into a ball. Place into greased or buttered baking dish (9 by 13-inch).
