Crispy Tofu With Hoisin Sauce

14 oz extra-firm tofu drained
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp powdered ginger
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 TBS peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 TBS hoisin sauce*

  1. Place your tofu in a fine-mesh strainer or colander and rinse. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, powdered ginger, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Cut the tofu into 1” cubes.
