Ingredients:
BUTTERNUT SQUASH + GARBANZO BEANS :
1 large butternut squash, peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces (~4 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 15oz. can garbanzo beans, strained and rinsed
FARRO :
1 cup farro, rinsed
2 cups broth or water
