Loaded Deviled Eggs

12 eggs large
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons fresh chives minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Make hard-boiled eggs: Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Carefully place eggs in the hot water. Place the lid on the pot, reduce heat to low, and cook the eggs on a bare simmer for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs to an ice bath and chill for 10-15 minutes. Carefully peel the eggs.
