Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

For one loaf :
1 to 1½ cups gluten-free sourdough starter
1/2 to 3/4 cup brown rice flour organic
1 cup buckwheat flour organic
1/2 to 3/4 cup millet flour organic
1/3 cup flax seeds, ground, or 1 egg
2 to 2½ cup filtered water or plant milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup optional
1 Tsp Himalayan pink salt or 1/2 tsp Celtic Salt

  1. If you need to activate the dehydrated sourdough starter that you just bought, read the instructions here.
  2. If it’s already activated, take the amount of sourdough starter you need, the rest – feed it and place in the fridge.
  3. In a large (preferably glass) bowl, combine filtered water (room temperature), brown rice flour and gluten-free sourdough starter. The ratio should be 1:1:1.
