Berry Crisp Foil Packs

3 c. mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. brown sugar, divided
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter, softened and cut into cubes
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  1. Preheat grill to high. Create four 8-x-8” foil pouches and grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss berries, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar until combined. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, pecans, butter, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined and mixture forms a crumble topping.
  3. Layer half the berries on foil, then top with half the crumble mixture. Repeat.
