Cabbage And Sausage Foil Packets

1 lb Polish sausage cut into 1 inch pieces (or your favorite smoked sausage)
1/2 head of cabbage cut into 1/2″ wedges
20 small potatoes quartered
1 small onion sliced
garlic butter store bought or homemade
salt & pepper to taste
4 ice cubes

  1. Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut four 18 x 12 inch sheets of foil. Spray well with non-stick spray.
  3. Divide the cabbage, potatoes and onion over the foil sheets.
