Egg Bake Breakfast Foil Packet

1 28 oz package shredded hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese divided
1 c. diced ham
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk

  1. Prepare campfire or grill for medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns, diced ham and 3/4 c. cheese.
  3. Divide mixture among four 18x12 inch pieced of heavy duty nonstick foil. Fold foil tightly around mixture. Seal tightly.
