Grilled German Potato Salad With Sausage


Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds red potatoes, chopped into ¾” pieces
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon coarse/country style Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
½ pound thick sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 large green onions, chopped

Instructions:
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place potatoes and 1/2 cup water in a large microwaveable bowl. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are just fork tender but not falling apart. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add potatoes, bacon, celery and onion and stir until evenly coated.
