Grilled Pork Tenderloin And Foil Packet Veggies


Ingredients:
1, 1.15 lb. package of Smithfield Marinated Fresh Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
12 ounces baby carrots
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your grill on high. Once hot, clean the grates with a grill brush.
  2. Place two large pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil on a baking sheet to create a plus sign. Place carrots and green beans in the center, and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Fold up the sides of the foil to create a sealed packet and place on one side of the grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Spray the other side of the grill with cooking spray and cook the pork tenderloin. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping half way through. You want the meat to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
