Philly Cheesesteak Foil Dinner

1 lb ground beef
2 Russet potatoes chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 large onion chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 slices provolone cheese
salt and pepper to taste

  1. (If using an oven) Preheat oven to 400°
  2. So easy – Divide all the ingredients into fourths.
  3. Place a nice 1/4 lb layer of meat on a 14" x 14" square foil piece. You can do a solid patty of meat (the manly option), or disperse the meat into chunks (for women - or those with dentures).
