Strawberry Cranberry Homemade Jam

1 pound of fresh strawberries
1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup of orange juice
1 teaspoon of fresh orange zest
1/2 teaspoon of butter
2 packets of fruit pectin 1.75 oz each
7 cups of sugar cane
4 16 oz mason jars with lids
