Remove the slice from the tin and using a hot knife slice into bars. Once set remove from the mould. Store in the freezer.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Put back into the freezer for 2 hours to set. Slice can be kept in the freezer until serving let defrost for approximately 15 mins for cream to soften.
How to make the Keto Cherry Ripe Slice filling. Stir until smooth and then drizzle over the top of the cherry filling. Pull the base out of the freezer and fill with the coconut cherry cream layer.
